RACE CATEGORIES

In Line with the Victorian State Enduro Series, the following Categories will be offered

  • Solo Men and 40+ Men| Solo Women
  • Male Pairs | Female Pairs | Mixed Pairs
  • Male Triples | Mixed Triples | Female Triples
  • Male Quads | Mixed Quads

THE COURSE

Approximately 7 km in length, mainly single track with a little bit of wide track/fire road.
The course while challenging, will have none of the trade mark Mount Beauty techo sections and should be achievable by all but the complete novice.  The direction of the course is clockwise.

PRACTICE

The course will be marked and available to ride from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Friday  4th March and 7:30 am to 9:30 am on race day

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

Each rider must have the following equipment whilst on the course:

  • Serviceable mountain bike
  • Australian Standards certified cycling helmet
  • Water bottles (Camelbaks allowed)
  • MTBA full licence or alternatively a day licence can be issued for $15.
    (This licence covers you, your fellow competitors and the event with insurance)

SUPPORT CREW

Solo competitors are advised to have a support crew.
You will need to set up your transition area, as well as supplying your team mate/s with food and drinks.
